Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re used to holding everything together on your own. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.

My jam is teens navigating difficult connections and learning about who they are and how they fit in the world. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, disordered eating patterns, and challenges within interpersonal and family relationships.

Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to meet their needs while staying connected to others. Together, we slow things down, build awareness, and explore what’s beneath the surface—at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel understood and supported. You are the expert on your life—I’m here to walk alongside you as you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-trust. I offer a healthy dose of harsh honesty, curiosity and sarcastic humor to our sessions.
