I’m passionate about helping young adults navigate the challenges of finding their footing in the world—whether that means building healthier relationships, developing a stronger sense of self, managing career or educational transitions, or figuring out what comes next. I also enjoy working with teens and adults who are facing life’s inevitable changes, including marriage, divorce, parenting, career shifts, and everything in between.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, disordered eating habits, and difficult family dynamics. My approach combines genuine curiosity, practical insight, and a healthy dose of humor. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be fully yourself—without judgment—and where meaningful growth can happen through honesty, self-reflection, and intentional change.

Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual, and sometimes we all need support navigating the messy, complicated parts. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand yourself on a deeper level, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. If you're looking for a supportive, authentic space to explore, heal, and grow, I’d love to connect.
